PAINTINGS 2010

In the summer of 2010 I participated in the Gullkistan artists residency in southern Iceland. I started a series of small paintings, 24 x 18 inches. The paintings continued my inquiry and practice into contemporary abstraction and were also influenced by Iceland‘s unique landscape and geothermal activity.
